The Polaroid camera which was free to use gave us a few beautiful gems to hang on to. The French Press and courtesy pouch of coffee was a lovely touch. These were really personal touches that I loved. We were 5 - 10 mins late leaving and met the cleaner exiting. She was so nice to meet and say goodbye to. Location was great. Bus stops and Metro close by. Lime scooters can be used and takes you to Gran Via in about 8 mins. Retiro is close and if your not lazy the center is easy to walk in to. I would 100% stay here again if I am coming to Madrid, and would consider Bob W wherever I go.

I also really liked the apartment. Because it was at the center of the city and you can go anywhere just by walking. And the room was also very clean and there was even dishwasher and washing machine. If you want to stay long, it is very suitable :)

The location of the apartment was close to the city center, so I was able to walk to all of Madrid's main spots and shopping streets. I was also able to enter the apartment using my smartphone, which was very easy, and the interior was very neat and organized, which made me feel very comfortable. Personally, I was very glad that I only stayed for a short time before returning home.

Located in Madrid, 200 metres from Mercado San Miguel and 600 metres from Royal Palace of Madrid, New Point Opera provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a shared lounge and a... it was very modern and clean. what set it apart was the exceptional hospitality of each one of the desk clerks,particularly Jose, who helped us purchase train tickets as we were experiencing difficulties with the Renfe website.

Nice building tastefully restored in a delightful square. All close (market, many restaurants and shops, pharmacy, etc). Bright, fully equipped, quiet apartment (excellent fixtures) with closed windows. We had a great time, I recommend it and will be back. Impeccable staff, perfect check in and checkout.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is close to two metro stations. Would definatly stay here again.

NQn Aparts & Suites Madrid features accommodation within 500 metres of the centre of Madrid, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. The stuff was great and very helpful. Gave us late checkout and really cared about what we needed and asked for. Check in was fast.
