I had an incredible time at Joyo's apartment as a solo traveler. Erald and his mom were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, even assisting with currency exchange and being flexible with payment. Erald is easily reachable on WhatsApp, responding promptly and encouraging me to contact him for anything I might need. The apartment and the entire building were exceptionally clean, with fresh-smelling bedsheets and towels. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the main bus station (I traveled from Tirana to Sarande by bus), 3 minutes from supermarkets, 15 minutes from the city center, and I discovered a beautiful beach just a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction from the center. The affordable price matched the high quality of the stay. I highly recommend this apartment for couples, solo travelers, and even families. I can't find anything negative to say about my stay. Really chic apartment, had a nice view over the coast. Everything felt very clean and new, the owner was very nice and although there are several apartments, the walls between the balconies allow for some privacy. 10 minutes walk from the bus station - yes, up a hill, but this is albania ;) Nice little bakery in walking distance, also some shops and private beaches (can recommend the cocktail dreams one). Overall amazing value for the money

The room was clean and very spacious! The owner was very helpful in many questions I had about sarand, example: how to get from Sarandë to Ksamil, wher to find local food etc!

The apartment was sunny and very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and the supermarket was right next door. The host was very helpful and communicative, he picked us up in the city and drove us to the apartment and allowed us to check out a bit later. We enjoyed staying at L.T.’s apartment. Thank you!
