A few steps from Lake Brienz. The apartment was nice and cosy. The hosts are really friendly and was a nice gesture to leave some useful stuff already in the kitchen to use (coffee, oil etc). This was really helpful as the supermarket was closed by the time we arrived. This property is closer to the Brienz West station, so stop over there instead of the main station, and you can walk to the apt in 2-3 minutes.

Amazing authentic place with view of the mountains, close to the Ballenberg museum and Lake Brienz. The place is clean, all amenities are in place, the bed is very comfortable, beautiful and well-maintained yard. I could bring my doggy with me and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Special thank you to the amazing host who was super friendly and helpful.

This property is probably one of the best in this whole area. Pictures don't do justice to the real feel while we were staying there. The apartment is fully equipped with everything such as kitchen with cutlery and utensils, bedrooms are clean and tidy and have extra pullovers and pillows, the lounge has huge TV with a sound system.. there is parking included in the apartment basement which is directly connected through a lift, these are all plus points but the View from the apartment is something which would just make your whole trip to Switzerland worthwhile. You can see the Ferry point of Iseltwald just outside the terrace of this apartment, which is a place where tourists are flowing in through the ferry from Interlaken and just drop off here and take pictures at the same point and go back to Interlaken. Checking in was super easy and the host at the reception was a really sweet lady who welcomed us warmly and took us to the apartment to explain everything. I highly recommend this apartment for a family vacation in Switzerland, one of the best you would come across!

Margarita is a wonderful host! We enjoyed our stay at her place. We’re a family of 6 and the size of the apartment was just perfect. She’s very helpful and has given us lots of tips of where to go. There is a convenient store next to the apartment. The lake is only a few steps away. Iseltwald has become our favorite place in Switzerland. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing. The view from the house was incredible. The facilities were great, the beds comfortable & kitchen well equipped. You would need a car (preferably otherwise it could be tricky) to get there as it is a little way from main towns.
