The serenity that this property offered was surreal. The bungalow was well-equipped with ample amount of kitchen cutleries, china, and bathroom towels. Every detail for this stay to be exceptionally wonderful was thought of- from having a bin in the toilet to having a dining table inside and outside to loungers in the balcony to my favourite spot where hammocks are installed and many more that you least anticipate of. We could only wish to have the same property and facilities when we moved to Rarotonga. We missed our Aitutaki bungalow so much. Vicky was a wonderful host, making our stay so homey. Trina was excellently responsive during our pre-arrival stage. All in all, this place makes us want to go back to Aitutaki despite its wild west vibe. This is so highly recommended.

Idyllic beachfront location with only 8 large detached chalets. Well equipped. Lovely breakfast provided by the pool. Very relaxed ambiance with so few guests - we were often the only people on the beach. Lagoon is shallow but OK for swimming with plentiful fish. Provision of bicycles, e-scooters and 2 electric golf carts make it easy to get around this small island.

The host Tamara and her family were very helpful and hospitable from when I arrived till I departed. The island was busy this particular week and they helped with local places for food and entertainment.

Tavake is great. Hosts are young, energetic, and wonderfully helpful. They found us what we needed through local connections when we had no idea and forgot to book transport. Pawpaw growing at the door, beautiful sunset from the back porch, great spot close to all the facilities you need, and not far from the flash beach up the road. Their cafe next door was open 7am - 9pm and the food and drinks were great and economical, and there were always locals and visitors to meet there for a coffee and a story.

Cuando llegas a la isla Ned, el propietario te espera para llevarte al alojamiento, te hace un poco de tour por la isla explicando que puedes visitar y propuestas para hacer. La casa es muy espaciosa con una amplia cocina comedor y un salon y un porche en la entrada. Tambien incluye lavadora. Habitaciones de 10, cama, un pequeño armario, ventilador y todas exteriores. Todo esta muy limpio, fruta fresca cada dia, posibilidad de alquilar bicicleta o scooter con buenos precios. Tanto Ned como Greta son unos anfitriones estupendos, no dudeis en contactar con ellos para hacer de la isla de aitutaki, de sus gentes y de su alojamiento unas vacaciones ideales, Un lugar para repetir. This place is kept immaculately clean and manicured, from the villas, bathroom and hardwood deck floor, to the gardens and the beach (the team rake and tidy the beach for you each morning) and the villa is appointed with every little touch you could imagine - the UV after filter, air conditioning, outside shower, kayaks and bikes. The photos do not do it justice! Mere is the most spectacular host who has thought of everything and delivers the most astounding service - very responsive to every question or request. I was part of a larger group who stayed at a number of resorts, hotels and villas across the island. I got to see them all - some more expensive & some cheaper - none of them came close to Heaven to Sea. We felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place, run by wonderful people who go the extra mile to make everything perfect!
