These Villa's fit their name like a glove, PARADISE Holiday Homes!! Awesome layout, perfect facilities inside and outside, swimming pool was a life saver and our host family was awesome. These villas catered ALL our needs for our group of 19 people. We loved that it was tucked away in the forest of Rarotonga so we had the best of both worlds. The beach and bush of this beautiful island. Big Bob was always a phone call away and we saw Lil Bob on the daily doing maintenance of the 4 villas. Our group flight bookings changed 4 times since July 2022 and Big Bob was always accommodating. Our host family also did a supermarket shop before we landed on the island so it was ready and in our villas when we landed. It was the small things that really counted for us. Our stay at Vaiakura couldn’t have been better. Stayed with partner and two kids (17 & 14). The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable. And what a setting! Set right on the sand, it was a daily delight to sit on the deck and enjoy the picture postcard view. Raewyn and her son Rhett were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. We loved the free access to kayaks and snorkelling gear and thoroughly enjoyed the company of their three dogs and the two cats. They have created a small swimming spot out front of their property and can snorkel out the front - even better snorkelling just 150m up the beach.

The unit we stayed in was spacious and has a beautiful view to the well manicured tropical garden and a pool.We felt extremely relaxed and found the stay more than pleasant. Each unit is independent has lots of privacy and not noisy at all. Rob is a fantastic local guide with great insights of the island. He was also very helpful and provided us bikes and snorkeling gear. If you are like us, being the first time on the island, remember to book a car/scooter well in advance. Otherwise, traveling to the town center could be a bit far by bike.

Amazing location one back from the beach. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Our favourite place to stay in Rarotonga! Highly recommended to everyone!
