Everything was good, the location, the apartment has Everything you need, the pool was excellent the only thing is the payment, at the end I paid the same amount you see in booking but in the app is not clear that it won't make the transaction so you when you speak with the host they explain to you that they can't make the transaction from booking so you have to pay in cash, sinpe o make the transaction from your bank which is not bad at all but you have to make additional steps.

Good ventilation in the unit, water pressure and heating worked great. Host was also very responsive when we needed help with the heater. Impressed with how well stocked the kitchen is (cutlery, appliances, kitchen ware), this will definitely be a good option for longer stays. Small families will also be comfortable here. Not too far from the main tourist street in Jaco too.

The place was perfect to fit our family. Kitchen was in excellent state, all high quality appliances working plus dishware (including to-go thermal cups!). Super comfortable living room and balcony. Master bathroom was great too and we had a separate room for the babies with good sound isolation (we brought a baby monitor of course). Elevators were in working order which is important if you're traveling with babies and all their gear. The overall feeling we got from this property was not a rental property but a proper home. They made sure to keep everything in great condition and the decor was also very homely. Josep was super helpful at all points during our stay and they were so kind to even give us a little Easter present which my wife loved. We will definitely go back in the future.

We really appreciated the owner, Maikol's, quick response when we ran into problems, such as those encountered with Booking.com. Maikol was extremely helpful and patient and even allowed us to check in a bit early (Thank you, Maikol!!). The condo was beautiful, had many appliances, they provided 6 bottles of water and were the only unit to have a Ring doorbell (which was a great idea!). The pool was amazing as it was long and not crowded. There is also a hot tub with 3 hot tubs together in the pool. The weather was wonderful as it was close to the ocean (which we could see from our window). We would definitely stay here again if we get to Jaco in the future.
