We stayed in 2nd floor 3 bedroom Apartments and it was very spacious. huge balcony overlooking the pool area. Incredible views. Clean . Staff was helpful and friendly. We were told that if we needed to arrive early before apartment ready we could wait In pool area and thus was huge help with kids. Kitchen had nice pots and pans to use, dishwasher and washing machine. Restaurants and groceries close by. 20/25 min drive to larnaca port. We had a magical experience, highly recommended.

A marvelous place. The flat is clean and well-equipped, as seen in the pictures. The sea is just a 3 minutes walk. The host is very kind and helpful, she reacts immediately.

To say Villa Sunshine is amazing is like say nothing. It was absolutely lovely and comfortable stay. All you might possibly need during holidays, you can find in the villa. We were greeted with cold water and beer 🍺. We could taste some local sweets. Even when we had some health problems with our son, we could count on help. It was the most amazing stay and we recommend it to everybody who consider staying in Cyprus. It is really close to do some sightseeing around Larnaca, Limassol, Lefkara etc. You have wonderful view to the sea. Just wonderful :-)

the staff members are around you 24/7 and for everything you need, making sure you’re feeling at home. great place for families with young kids and for long periods. you have to rent a car to go for almost everywhere but on the other hand, it’s in the middle of Larnaca, Limmasol and Nicosia what makes it perfect for exploring most of the island (troodos, ayia napa etc.) house is spacious with large backyard and balconies on each side, it has also strong wifi in house and around the pool.

We really enjoyed our 5 week stay. The "boat" had everything we needed. The situation was lovely and peaceful. The owner was pleasant and helpful and didn't bother us. Very nice change from the tourist places

It was a great place to stay with a little toddler. Little kitchinette available and a cot was given by the host. Any issues, or problems, the owner was there to help. Great to see Green solar energy used in the middle of nature. Very nice and quiet place, would suit anyone who loves nature and staying away from busy city life.
