Set in Paralimni, less than 1 km from Malama Beach and a 19-minute walk from Trinity Beach, STAY Mediterranean Waves Apartment offers air conditioning.

Apartment was perfect: - location - 10 min drive to Aya Napa, nearest beach just 10 min by foot, supermarket - few min drive.. - all was super clean and new - 2 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace, 1 living room together with perfectly equipped kitchen, everything was thought of - appliances, dishes, even small things like napkins, salt, coffee, baking paper etc. - we met also the owner - very nice men, even sweets and wine were left for us :) Definitely recommend this apartment!

Great hosts very friendly and helpful the apartment is spacious, quiet and very comfortable with a large external seating area and barbecue grill. All we had to bring was our clothes and groceries. Great wifi and 5 min drive to the nearest beach. We had a great time thank you so much. Also there is a Plus supermarket less than a minute walk away, this made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxed.

It was really wonderful stay in Kapparis. Cozy and new apartment with all necessary facilities and even elevator. It was very convenience that parking was in the shadow of the building. The view from the balcony was amazing. And we really like the quit time there. Really appreciated, thank you.

Very good restaurants with local specialties as well as international cuisine nearby accessible through a safe walkway. Bakeries with an exceptional offer of various Greek / Turkish specialties. Several tennis courts are also nearby.

Was a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. Will be booking again soon. Also appreciated the little things like having a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge when we got there and also the cake that was delivered half way through our stay. xx
