We had a fantastic stay at Haus am See with our children and the first contact with the host Ozkar was perfect! We were in transit from Italy to the Netherlands and really wanted to spend the night near Fussen again. This accommodation is located just outside the center, located on a fantastic lake with a beautiful view of the mountains! Contact via the app with the host was perfect and he informed us clearly and well from the start about the check-in procedure and parking options by sending photos. He also clearly explained how and where we could find all the facilities in the apartment, such as the duvets, making up the sofa bed, WiFi, etc. Ozkar sent us everything in detail in the app and that was very nice. He also gave us great tips about the nearby facilities, such as restaurants, shop and a bakery where we could get delicious sandwiches. The pizza restaurant (Seespitz da Rosario) a 10-minute walk from the city is highly recommended! Had delicious pizzas there! Then the apartment: It was super clean, neat and well furnished with all the facilities you need! The beds sleep great, the bathroom is spacious and has a wonderful shower! Absolutely everything was present in the apartment for a pleasant and comfortable stay! The apartment where we stayed (the Orchid) was very spacious, light and had a balcony with a fantastic view over the mountains! In the morning we sat on the balcony and had a nice breakfast there with the four of us before we continued our way home. We had a truly fantastic stay (unfortunately too short) and would definitely recommend this accommodation! This is the perfect base for exploring the surroundings of Fussen for both a short and long stay. If I could have given it higher than a 10, I certainly would have. :-) Thanks again for the fantastic stay and we will definitely come back to these beautiful surroundings! We stayed in the Eco Lodge away from the main hotel. Room was cozy, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The view was spectacular !!!!! Amazing location right on the lake with the trail starting right at the door step. Service was outstanding. Wish we were staying more than 2 nights.

The room is bright and colorful, and the view from the balcony was also amazing. Bed sheets material was unusual, but surprisingly very nice.

The location is fantastic, also the view. You can easily walk around the lake. The beach is nearby and very nice. And last but not least, the staff is very friendly.

Excellent Landhaus in a superb location. Ideal as a base for cycling and walking. Bus stops close by for travel into Fussen. Superb breakfast, very clean and very friendly staff.

Этот частный дом напоминает мини-гостиницу со столовой на первом этаже и номерами на 2-3 этажах. Лифта нет. Все чисто и аккуратно. Мы брали комнату с видом на озеро и балконом. Номер оказался огромным, как квартира, даже не ожидали. Несмотря на то , что под окнами есть дорога- изоляция 100%. По ощущениям также как будто ты у себя дома)) в холле для гостей есть мини-кухня где в холодильнике вас ждет холодное пиво и напитки (за отдельную плату) и бесплатная домашняя выпечка, кофе и чай. Без машины туда не добраться, потому что дом в баварской деревне на берегу озера с видом на горы, собственно в этом его очарование. Единственно есть небольшое пожелание немного разнообразить завтра.
