Tutto! La modernissima struttura a 20 metri dal mare al centro della passeggiata della Cantera è semplicemente perfetta. Siamo stati contentissimi in tutto e per tutto: pulizia impeccabile, camere molto ampie e gentilezza del personale. In modo particolare Cristina, alla reception, con la sua simpatia e professionalita' ci ha fatti sentire sempre a nostro agio. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie davvero!

Appartameto nuovo, pulito molto accogliente. Situato in una zona residenziale pulita e silenziosa. Il parco situato a 50 metri dalla casa è uno spettacolo. Vicinissimo a buoni servizi e ad una stupenda passeggiata sul mare. Cristian disponibilissimo, preciso e sollecito nel rispondere. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.

Location, location, location - truly only 150 meters to the beach (and the fabulous promenade that runs the entire length of the beach; restaurants everywhere and a great host.

Very central and close to the beach. Even though you were located at a busy intersection, you could not hear noise traffic from the bedrooms. Easy access to the highway/motorway if you wanted to get in a car and explore the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
