Great location and the nicest staff! The tram was 2minutes walk from the hotel for access all around Nice and also only 4 stops form Nice Ville Train station for further travel. The tram stop from the airport is only a 2-4min walk also. Location in the old town so loads of lovely bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Beach towel available to rent for €5each and beach bits left by other guests available to take at the hotel for the day for free

Staff was excellent as they were always available and eager to make as comfortable from reception to the check out. Executive apartment has a large and clean bedroom. The living room is spacious - even better than in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and very well established. Apartment is a short walk to both to tram stop and central train station. Neighboorhood is vibrant with full of shops and eateries.

Neko is an amazing hostess, very charming, hospitable and I can say without hesitation that she truly became a good friend during these 8 nights. I also was told that I was the first Russian in her apartment, so I enjoyed a very special treatment and our conversations were a real cultural exchange, very enriching and helpful for a person like me who was for her first time in France! Her accommodation is located very close to the historical city center, too, and I had everything I needed there.

We are quite often in Nice , but it was out best stay till now. Family with 1 kid + grandmother. It was enough space for all , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area , sofa area :) location is great in the middle of everything ! And in Flat you have everything you need - including dryer ! Hopefully we will stay here one more time !

The flat is a modern appartment with new furniture, and well equipped kitchen. Location is near the beach, and tram station. In the yard near carrefour there is the small fish market. Sabrine, the flat's owner, is very helpful person. She permitted us to leave our luggage early in the morning before check in.

The host has exceptional hospitality. The rooms are well air-conditioned, very clean and comfortable.The property is extremely close to the beach. A number of nice restaurants are around. All the tourism spots are within 20 min walk or 10 min by taking tram. You can also reach to the NCE airport in 30 min by taking tram. The tram stop is right in front of the property.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.
