Wonderful cozy little hotel. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast. The sea is just in front of you and the place is very quite. Would strongly recommend this structure

The owner Maria is the game changer. She bring us cookies, cakes, orang juice, ask if everything is okay and took care all the time. The room was at the front of the house, face to the sea and yet well sheltered although it was rainy outside (November).

I loved how clean and tidy the room was! The decoration of the room matched the hostess' warmth welcome. Her kindness and friendly attitude made us feel at home at once! When I get back to Agios Ioannis, Pilio, I'd like to stay there again.
