The location is perfect, you are only a 5-minute walk from the port and the large parking lot. And the apartment is located in Pesačka Street, which is filled with various crafts and other shops. Can't be better location if you are waiting for a ferry from Volos. Port parking is accross the street. Lot of restaurants close to the property...Apartment was clean, spacious. Would highly recommend.

First and foremost, the owner Zapantis, is incredibly nice and upon our arrival, came to meet us and help with our luggage and introduce us to Volos and our new home for the weekend. Upon entering, this place was so beautifully furnished and has been updated with all modern amenities. All of the rooms, including the front living area, step out onto very spacious balconies which face the bustling Center of the town and a beautiful church~it is a PERFECT place to have your morning coffee or your evening cocktail and just people watch. This apartment is centrally located and is within steps of all of the restaurants and shops~you cannot find a better location! Zapantis is such a gracious host and is so knowledgeable about everything Volos...he even gave us a departing gift of traditional Greek deserts! We give this place 5 ⭐'s!!!

A very nice flat in a house with our first ever evelator featuring music when going ;-) The host and her mother welcomed us and helped with any questions on this great flat. We loved the outside roller blinds that not only kept the heat out (there is aircondition, too) but also allowed to sleep well into the morning after a long evening in this vibrant city.
