The location is incredible. Right at the heart of Punat. The flat is big, well cleaned and decorated. Feels like a real relaxing holiday home. We loved it.

Villa Maris is amazing! The rooms are comfy and beautifully decorated. They have many extra features like heated tile and electric blinds. The breakfast was made to order and was so delicious. Super quiet location. The hostess was very nice and actually washed some clothes for me since I fell and hit my head (needed stitches). Who does that? The owners are wonderful to. I wish I could have stayed longer! I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

On arrival the kind host offered us delicious homemade pumpkin pie, coffee and tonic. Although you stay directly on the owners' property, we felt a lot of freedom. The apartment itself was very spacious and offers everything you need. The terrace upstairs was a perfect place to relax. The big "private" swimming pool might simply have been the best we've ever had. Because you only share it with the owners and one other guest-apartment, a lot of the time you have the whole garden for yourself. The swimming pool is not heated, but was still 25 degrees in the middle of May. The neighbourhood was very quiet when we were there. All the chairs outside are very comfortable. This place really gave us a holiday feeling.

Excellent location to the local beach (10 min walk, but bicycle also available) and other nice beaches nearby (15min by car). Apartment is well equipped and is in quiet place with nice terrace. Host, Mr. Rino and his wife were very flexible when we have questions. Good solution for 2 families, who close to each other as 2 apartments are available in downstairs and upstairs.

We loved our room, the sea view was beautiful and the personal showed a great hospitality. A big thank to Martina, who gave us lots of helpful tips for local trips. We liked it there so much, that we decided to stay one night longer. The breakfast was great too and the personal can make you fresh scrumbled eggs if you like 😊
