Great little group of villas in the Middle of Kuta but it was so QUITE! Stayed for 2 nights and didn't hear a single dog or rooster. Good size pool in the middle of the complex means all villas face the pool. The garden is older and designed in such a way that you still have privacy even though you're close to the other villas. The pool has heaps of shade throughout the day and is very clean. 3 min walk to beach, 5 to the Beachwalk Shopping Mall. Excellent value for money (actually the BEST value for money i have seen in Bali for a couple of years) Large, clean and well appointed rooms. Excellent staff. Hot water, aircon, fridge , TV, everything worked and was in good order.. I stayed in the Villa with Patio. It has a super king size bed (super comfortable) and is furnished well.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Good value for money you spent. Convenient location. Aircons in every room working well. Quite spacious area very comfortable with young children, you can isolate access for you kids from inside of the house.

Great location and clean and tidy. The pool was fantastic and a real bonus given the heat in Bali. 5 mins walk to the main St and several bars and good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Kuta. Great hosts.

The location was great, very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Even if we suppose to check in at 3 pm they let up leave our luggage until the place was ready and was very easy for us to go end explore around. We were 8 friends and all of us we had great time there, plenty of space, nice rooms , very clean, the A/C worked perfectly. We spend a lot of time in the pool which was super clean and amazing water temperature. Near by we had all the supermarkets and a 24h open shop. We recommend the villa with all out love and we want to thank the amazing people that took care for us to have great time.
