The property is perfectly situated a short block from the beach. There are a number of beach clubs along the coast that are all walkable, but I highly recommend the beach club and restaurant that has the same owners, bagnotessi 86. It is a 5 minute walk. Many regulars and locals are there. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults and 5 and 2 year old). We had a cute balcony off the street. The location is all new and very clean. The bathroom and shower were very pretty. Both Denis and Maria Angela work really hard to create an experience. We were there for 3 days and we felt so welcomed. Mary Angela is very warm. When we arrived, she showed us how easy it was to get to the beach. After spending some time in the sea, we were greeted by Denis with yummy sparkling wine and he chatted with us as our kids jumped on the trampoline and played on the swingset. It was a fantastic stay in Cesenatico.

We really had a great time!!! The room was excellent, the bed very convenient and the host is lovable! He is waiting as at the parking to bring us at the room! Is surelly suggest thiw room! Is located in the heart of Cesenatico!! I hope to see you soon!

Great location, close to beach and Train station but far away from noise. Cute rooms, simple decor & furniture but fun and well designed, especially the bathrooms. Casual chic meets bohémienne... Comfortable beds. Good breakfast and owner/Host was very friendly . Perfect if u have a small dog like me

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to our questions. They also went out of their way to accommodate our personal requests with great care. We're so grateful for the wonderful experience and can't wait to come back

Small and beautiful gem in Cesenatico. It was nice getaway spot for me and my husband. Very friendly staff. Simple and delicious breakfast. We got good recommended for dinner restaurant. Our room was faced away from the main road, so no noises from canal.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, everyday cleaning. Older but functional equipment. Nice swimming pool, near to sea.
