Everything!!!! The apartment is located on the first floor of an extremely clean and quite building. Only 2 sets of stairs if you don’t want to use the lift. The apartment has a huge master bedroom and and equally sized lounge room. The bathroom and kitchen are fitted with all the modern appliances that you would need, and even something you don’t. Christian (host) has made sure that every need will be met! The property has 2 amazing balconies offering great views and are just lovely to sit and enjoy. The property is a 5 minute walk from the beach and has supermarkets, fruit and alcohol markets, cafes, train stations, bus stops and restaurants at its doorstep. The host Christian also makes this an perfect stay, offering a free shuttle service from Fiumicino airport and takes you directly to the property. And as an added bonus and the sweetest touch, we were met with a kitchen stocked with meats, cheese, fresh bread, milk, fruit, breakfasts, snacks, sweet treats and drinks - water, milk, soda, juice and vino. The use of Netflix, Amazon and beach gear was great to have. As a frequent traveller to Ostia, we have stayed in many apartments and this was by far our favourite and offered the most value for money. This was our first stay and I can say it will not be our last. We truly felt at home.

The host, Fabio, was an absolute delight! We have never met a host that was so amazing, accomodating and accessible. We had a fresh breakfast waiting every morning, fresh cold milk for the coffee in our fridge, clean stylish room, comfy bed, amazing shower and really just too much more to list. If you are staying in Ostia, you would do yourself a disservice if you did not stay here.

Very kind and helpful hosts, they came at 23:00 to give us the keys because we arrived late. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Coffee machine is nice.

The owner was very friendly and kind. The place was beautifully decorated. The room was well-sized with private bathroom. The train station to take the train to Rome was a short walk away. There was plenty of free street parking. The airport (FCO) was a short drive away.
