We are English....we try to learn Italian ....all communication was in English which was very helpful. Simona was very easy to understand and very helpful. I was shown where I could walk my dog. The heating in the room was very good. The room was very clean and a comfortable bed. The shower was AMAZING. There is also a communal kitchen area outside in a separate under cover area.

The place is beautiful, quiet and very clean, close to the beach and Parco della Maremma. The food is really homemade and delicious too.

it was such a wonderful stay! Paola was a wonderful host. We had a nice breakfast every morning and loved riding the bike to the beach (only 10 minutes through a beautiful pine forest). Paola even gave us some muffins and fresh strawberrys to take with. The cute appartment had it‘s own little garden. Besides that il fortanile was very beautiful itself with a nice view looking at the mountains and cute turtles. We had a lovely stay.

The outside space was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, and was well needed after a crazy few days in Roma. The widows throughout the house were lovely, and the house it's self was so pretty and homey. The washing machine was extremely helpful. Being able to access the bikes to get into town was fantastic and such a nice way to get to the beach. And we loved willy!!!;

I enjoyed the spa and the hot tub. The rooms were nice and included a small kitchen. The room was comfy and clean. I loved that they had actual hairdryers and not those fake hotel hair dryers.

Awesome, rarely experienced such cordial hosts! As for the facility: This is the perfect place to relax if you are looking for peace and quiet. Spacious, clean apartment with small cute garden outside the door. The best way to stay here is by car/motorcycle, so it's a stone's throw to Grosseto.
