Swimming in the pool was also great and they were so kind to let us swim at night even if we didn’t know it wasn’t possible Also they picked and saved us at night while we were escaping from another shifty hostel. So perfect reception and place. We are sad to leave it

We returned to V-Szameitat Homes for the second time. The staff here is very pleasant, kind and helpful. The place is very quiet, a short walk from shops and restaurants on Diani Beach. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We love monkeys in the garden. We are already looking forward to our next stay🥰

Loved this place!! Specially the people: Angie, the manager, was always supporting me in whichever thing I needed, I felt like she really took care of me. Also, the place is close to everything, and has good connections to people offering activities at very good prices. And as a solo traveller, these are things that are very important to me (specially, knowing that you can trust the people and what they offer!). I didn't want to leave, would definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful time at Zarafa House! The host, Anne, and the whole crew were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved the fresh fruit and diverse foods at breakfast each morning. The garden and pool were perfect for relaxation - we spent many afternoons lounging by the pool and reading books in the comfortable sun beds. Anne gave us so many great tips on places to visit in the area, from day trips and beaches to excellent restaurants. Her recommendations helped us make the most of our stay in Diani Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Zarafa House and would return if we visit again.

Unglaublich schön gelegen in einem recht weitläufigen Palmengarten. Die Bungalows sind schön verteilt, sodass man wirklich Privatsphäre genießen kann. Es gibt glaub ich auch nur 4 Bungalows. Also auch beim Essen hat man quasi eine 1:1 Betreuung durch den Kellner. Personal ist auch echt super, genau so wie die Küche. Nirgends in Kenia so gut gegessen. Hat aber natürlich auch seinen berechtigten Preis. Der Strandabschnitt ist auch super schön.

+ Big rooms with all you need + Cosy public rooms and a beautiful garden + Relaxing atmosphere + Super friendly and helpful stuff. + Especially Reesha help us so much to get to the place and gave us all the information we needed (good restaurants, how to get around, beach & tours ...) + great pickup from the bus station by John. He even put a towel over the screen of this car, so we can sleep better after a long bus right. + nice breakfast

The food was home cooked and very delicious. Garden and pool are stuning. Cottage is big and comfy, with refrigirator. Location is peacefull and not so far from the beach. The staff was very helpfull.

We enjoyed very much our time at Fiona's place. The location and value for money are excellent. Fiona and her team are always here to help you, with daily cleaning and daily laundry (and even a chef if you fancy it). You have everything you need to stay there, from bathroom to kitchen amenities. Amazing encounter with white and black colobus, who literally quietly eat their leaves a few metres from you, as well as with the Sykes monkeys, a bit more naughty - mind your windows!
