El alojamiento era precioso. Todo un paraíso dentro de Malindi. Los anfitriones se portaron de 10 con nosotras, nos ayudaron en todo momento. Sin duda repetiría.

I loved the spacious room of the place. It is by the pool and the beach is just steps outside of your door. You can walk down the beach to several restaurants.

Tembo Beach Cottage is a 15 minute drive from the airport, but not really walking distance from central Malindi. The cottage is part of a larger 'resort' with about 8-10 similar cottages around the pool and more short-term stays owned by locals or foreigners nearby. The area is secluded from the public with a manned gate and staff guarding the beach entrance. There larger complex area appears to be for events such as weddings, etc. Checkin was fairly straightforward, showing up at the gate, signing in, and telling the guards my room number and host name. The cottage itself was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. The shower was a little finicky with the hot water but I figured it out. The WiFi was fast and there is an internet TV. Besides the pool, the best part is the front, covered patio area perfect for breakfast or reading! Considered a beachfront property, it take about five minutes to walk through the compound and across the wide, public beach to the water. Get up early for a beautiful sunrise!

What a lovely apartment! Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. A small but adequate kitchen, lovely living and dining room, spacious bedroom with wardrobe, large bathroom. Air con and ceiling fans were a delight. TV also and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. A few minutes walk to the beach, a couple of kilometres into new Malindi which was an east walk or an inexpensive tuk tuk or boda boda. The pool was kept beautifully clean and was fabulous to enjoy. The best accommodation of our stay in East Africa! The host was friendly and very responsive and all the staff obliging and friendly … highly recommend a stay here!

The house is very clean and spacious. The location provides a serene view. The environs are quiet and suitable for an out-of-city relaxing stay. We highly recommend.

A breakfast that get you a good start of your day. The location is good and the host have reliable taxi drivers to take you anywhere you want to go to. So your safety and security is assured.
