We had a great stay in Sokcho, thanks to the welcoming and calm atmosphere of the guesthouse! Judith is such a nice person, it was great to chat with her and she gave us lot of recommandations. Everything was super clean and convenient, the breakfast is good and the beds comfy. You can also easily reach both the beach and the Seoraksan park. Definitely recommend staying here if you come to Sokcho!

The location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The view, especially sunrise, was incredible. The studio is on the 17th of 20 floors. The studio has a full-size refrigerator and stove top. There was also a microwave. The big washer and dryer in the room was a big plus. I used Google translate to figure out the settings with no problem. There is a 7/11 attached to the building. There are many restaurants within a short walk. There is a bus stop about a 1 minute walk.

Everything here was amazing. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the bus station, close to many shops, a big supermarket, the beach and the bus to the national park. It felt very luxurious inside the residence and the bed was delightful. The bathroom and shower were superb, with lots of nice touches, especially all of the creams and bathroom essentials. Most of all, what made this stay so fantastic was the excellent communication throughout, including helpful hints and places to visit. Would definitely recommend as the perfect place to stay in Sokcho!

Superb views from its balcony on 12th floor overlooking the bay and mountains. The apartment was new and well appointed. 200 metres to frequent Bus 7 to downtown and on to Seoraksan National Park entrance. Very close to multiple convenience stores and restaurants

It was my second visit to Urbanstay in South Korea both worked very well so a visit can be recommended. At twelve o'clock one receives the apartment number, floor, and door code by mail. Check-in at 4 PM in the afternoon which worked without any problem. I had a clean room with a nice sea view, the bed was comfortable, Internet worked very well. A fridge, stove, and washing machine were available in the room. The elevators seemed to work very well there was no congestion with too many guests at the same time. The location is excellent only about a hundred meters from Sokcho Souther Bus terminal and a Taxi stand. There is only about a hundred meters to a very nice beach. There was an Ediya Coffee Café along the beach but it was closed. There was another Ediya Coffee Café about twenty-five minutes walk from Urbanstay near Expo Tower. There is takeaway food from Shrimp Box you will see their advertisement in the elevators. They are located in the main building on the road along the beach Building A.
