Great place, where strong had of owner is felt. Got perfect 2 days and 2 nights in PPS thanks to it. I loved the soft sheets on the bed, they felt perfect. Also I rented a scooter for a day here and should say evwrything went really well. New Honda scooter with phone holder and charger. Wow!

We love everything. With the Bed n Breakfast standard it really fulfilled our needs. Big clean rooms with big TV full of choice Netflix, Youtube, etc. Big shower room with resort standard. Bonus facility, they have standby the emergency standing fan with lights. In case of power shut down. This is rare! Staff named Jaysa was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast set menu served seconds when you seated. They had took orders day before to prepare. So efficient!

Located in a more quiet area, not far away from the main street and pretty close to the airport, Cleon Villas Pension makes you feel at home. The personnel is extremely helpful, always there to offer you good advice related to places and activities, while also facilitating the tours booking to Underground River, fireflies watching, Honda Bay or the city tour. The breakfast options they provide are pretty varied (and delicious), with the request to announce latest the evening before. If I happen to come again to Puerto Princesa, I'd definitely book again at Cleon Villas Pension ❤️

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The pool is sooo nice and refreshing and the gym is convenient. The air con works well and the smart tv was a nice treat!

We loved the house and the amenities. Cheryl and staff were very attentive and available when needed. We also felt very safe in the home. A few minute tricycle ride to town as well.
