New, clean and great apartments, nothing to complain about, even perfect safe coconut free parking☺️)) All photos are absolutely true. The apartments have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and in all rooms. Christina is very friendly and hospitable. She was always ready to help in anything, and surprised us with pleasant surprises. We experience different parts of the island, and this part of the island is the best to live in. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Georgette beach is 5 minutes by car, Lazio is a little longer. A couple of large and very cute Seychelles tortoises live in the backyard of the apartments, they love broccoli😋)) We enjoyed everything and will be happy to stay here next time as well. Everything. Nicole is the owner and is super friendly and approachable. She made our stay much better. The property faces the sea and there’s Fond Ferdinand 15 min walk away (uphill) or 5 min if you’re driving. We ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was just amazing. The staff is very friendly also. Special thanks to Nicole for preparing a birthday cake on a last notice the night before. It’s touching to meet such great people. My next stay in Seychelles will be at sea splash for sure.

Tuki is the sweetest host ever...he brought us fresh fruit every day at sunset so we enjoyed a nice aperitivo every day for free. He was also friendly and lovely

This was a beautiful location. Located with their own beach. The owner was very friendly and cleaning lady was even more friendly. As a matter of fact, the cleaning lady makes it worth going back. She sat and talked with us for quite awhile. The rooms were very clean with the small individual touch of flowers scattered throughout the rooms. The grounds are one of the most beautiful sites I've seen. Resort like atmosphere with privacy. Amazing! The centralized room or kitchen was perfect.

The House is really big, perfect for families. Situated just in front of the beach in a very calm part of Praslin, not too far from the port and all services and amenities. The little beach in front of the house is empty most of the time, which makes it almost private. For the people complaining about the fact that sometimes the water from the waves brings a bit of water in the garden or that it’s hard to swim, should learn first about tides! Rebecca was an incredible host, she did an amazing job welcoming us and giving us all the information. We also tried the creole dinner which she perfectly organised and it was perfect!

Property is really nice, modern, clean and spacious..bed is super comfortable, and patio is really cute overlooking a garden(apartment has everything you need)..it's really close to restaurants, shops, bus station and beach. Hosts are most amazing and they went over and beyond to help organise everything..they even left a birthday present for my boyfriend..we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and if we ever go back we will definitely stay there again.. I would 100% recommend this place.!
