If you are looking for a local home environment you will be very satisfied. it was magical, we were very happy to stay there and we hope that we can come back someday. The host is wonderful, kind and friendly, explains and advises everything you need or want to know. Slovenia is a beautiful country.

We appreciated thoughtful kitchen equipment – we do not lack anything. We got really warm welcome and collected a lot of tips what to visit. Apartment is really spacious. River is just across the meadow and swimming there was may be even better than in Bohinj lake itself.

Absolutely stunning location and one of nicest host we ever meet. Apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Balcony view on biggest and most beautiful lake of Slovenia, and another balcony view on Triglav - highest peak of Slovenia. This place absolutely stole our hearts, and we hope to return there again. Our host was experienced hiker, with massive knowledge of Bohinj zone, very friendly and talkative, true source of hints where to go, what to take with you etc. He also predict weather quite good! :) There is several restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. It's perfect mix of countryside-nature stay with handy facilities just next to you.

I have only good things to say here: The hosts are really nice & chatty people, and gave us a warm welcome over a coffee. The cottage is amazing, simple yet very well organized and built, you find everything you may need in there even if you plan to stay longer (we had 2 nights booked only). Is very quiet, You can only hear the river next to the house. There is a parking place. We plan to return here.

Sehr nettes kleines Häuschen, alles da was man braucht, ganz tolle Vermieter, Begrüßung mit Kaffee und Blaubeerlikör, super lecker, später gabs Kuchen ganz frisch gebacken, die Lage ist top, direkt am See, nur über die Strasse. Jederzeit wieder, das Auto steht dort auch gut und man brauchts kaum, man hat das Gefühl in der Natur zu sein.

Majas apartment was really nice and comfortable. It looked even better than on the pictures. The location is great, we did 3 hikes from there and got some great advice on where to go. Maja and her daughter (I think?) are really nice and I already felt sort of homesick when leaving.
