Struttura molto pulita e ben arredata. Situata vicino alla zona di Gala tower. Lo staff sempre presente e disponibile. Cam con Mamehet e tutto lo staff sono stati eccezionali. Consigliato.

This was a great 3 star hotel with a 5 star attitude. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the views were fabulous over the sea and the location was perfect for us, 10-12 mins walk to all the major historical sites. I would definitely stay there again.

Il proprietario una persona veramente accogliente, gentile e solare, ha saputo darci consigli utili. La posizione è veramente molto comoda e anche le camere sono molto curate. La prima notte non c’era la nostra camera a causa di un disguido all’impianto idraulico, ma ci ha fatto accomodare in una stanza stupenda e ci ha omaggiato del transfer di ritorno. Esperienza stupenda e attenzione in ogni dettaglio.

Everything here was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, Always ready to assist you in any way possible. The room was a perfect size, equipped with Tv and clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel as good hotels are not easy to find but my friends and i were delighted to stay here. My friends and I were skeptical at first when we were searching for places to stay as not many places had good reviews and we are from overseas and were afraid we may get scammed but this hotel truly did not disappoint. services here were just 10/10.

Despite its prime location, the price was surprisingly affordable, offering excellent value for money. What truly set this hotel apart was the warmth and hospitality of the staff, particularly Omar. His friendly demeanor and engaging conversation added a personal touch to my experience, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. You'll find everything you need for a memorable stay, from the unbeatable location to the exceptional service. I'll certainly be returning on my next trip to this enchanting city.

Upon arriving at the Bender Hotel, we were welcomed by Ahmet who brought in our very heavy luggage. He also allowed us an early check in. The bathroom and bedroom was clean and the tea and coffee bar was topped up daily. The room was cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was standard but we were still able to have a filling breakfast daily. The staff at the Bender Hotel were amazing and assisted us with whatever questions we had, the reception staff were always pleasant and went the extra mile. The cleaning staff were kind and even left extra toiletries when we had run out. On the 1st of January we were surprised with a little gift which just added that extra touch. The hotel is situated very conveniently just a 5 minute walk away from from Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque and Topkapi museum. The restaurants on the road are amazing and a must try. A big thank you to the staff of the Bender Hotel for making our stay in Istanbul comfortable.
