The whole process from check in to check out was fuss free! The minsu is new and clean. Enjoyed my stay - bed was super comfortable and I love the shampoo and conditioner so much! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We left our rented portable charger cable and she helped us mail it back to Taipei. Value for money and would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for access to Hualien downtown. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful. I arrived for Chinese New Year, so the city was very crowded. By scooter, he personally scouted around the neighborhood for me to find car parking. The room itself was well kept and comfortable.

Location is near supermarket, night market, and morning market. Look like a peaceful and small town to stay for 1-2 nights before heading to Taroko Gorge. The room is spacious and clean. Host is friendly and helpful.

Furthermore, the location is steps away from the water on a peaceful little street. Not only was the ambience lovely, the service was also very generous - the host helped us book a car to visit Taroko Gorge the next day and gave us recommendations for food nearby. If you’re looking for a charming, soothing place to stay, I’d definitely recommend Soli. Would absolutely stay again!
