I love everything about the property, very close to the village where you can find supermarket, restaurants, and any other kind of tour that I was looking for. 1min walking to the beach , not packed beach and with very chilled vibes, perfect for couples and families. The rooms are beautiful and comfortables, details oriented. Pool just for us anytime we wanted , and the fact that they don’t do the cleaning everyday for the climate impact we found it very ecological and nice, something that we appreciate.

What we liked the most was Queen, she was really helpful and always smiling! The room was extremely clean and modern, the AC and fan worked perfect. Also the pool and the exterior were beautiful and well preserved. We had dinner both nights of our stay and Chef James offered us delicious meals!

We had four great nights here at this lovely place. It’s quiet with gorgeous gardens, clean pools and has easy beach access. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen has all the equipment you need to make nice meals. Breakfast is delivered to your door. 😃 Finally the staff are friendly and helpful. All of them! It was a great place to catch up on sleep and relax after a few weeks of hectic travel!

Хочеться подякувати власникам готелю за наш дуже комфортний і приємний відпочинок. Ми сім'я з України. Коли побачили помешкання-зрозуміли, що потрапили до частинки Європи на березі Індійського океану. Все продумано і зроблено для комфорту відпочиваючих. Доволі смачні і різноманітні сніданки в ресторані, а також атмосферні обіди і вечері. Охорона, прибирання-все на рівні. Один ньюанс засмутив наших дітей-тривалі відливи в океані.Фактично можна бути на пляжі з 12 до 17, зранку води немає. Але ми про це знали, і це ніяким чином не зіпсувало загальне враження, бо на території є чудовий басейн з шезлонгами, матрасами і пляжними рушниками. Всі фото відповідають дійсності. Бажаємо власникам процвітання, а майбутнім гостям-чудового відпочинку в Jambiani Villas.

This is a true tropical paradise in a relaxing part of Jambiani. Very appropriate also for the families with small children. Everyone in Kobe team goes out and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They even prepared a lovely surprise for my birthday. The food is also good, pools refreshing and the beach is just a few steps away. The rooms are newly renovated and well equiped. We loved the outside resting area under the big trees that provide enough shade throughout the whole day. Along the beach you can find also other restaurants that serve good food, but all in all this part is not very crowded (like Paje for example). We really enjoyed walking along the beach in the afternoon, when the sun is less strong. The tide difference here is enormous, but this is actually what makes it so special and unique.

This place is paradise - nice staff, Stefania and her mom are lovely, doesn't feel too crowded, limited number of beach boys around and lots of access to Jambiani Beach, good cocktails/food (especially pizza, of course) at the restaurant. Exactly what my wife and I needed for a few days and nights of pure relaxation

We stayed in Tasneem Hotel for 15 days, which was an unforgettable experience. Beautiful and peaceful environment. We loved the atmosphere, and how they cared about making the hotel a very clean and muslim friendly place to stay. We would love to come back again!

One of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays we’ve ever had was at Baobob Bungalow Villa’s and Apartments. To start, the location is ideal. The premise was situated about five minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to all the shops in Jambiani. We also found that you could walk to Paje in around 30 minutes. The property itself was pristine. It had a beautiful pool surrounded by lush local greenery and flowers. We also enjoyed the dozen or so Eastern Golden Weaver birds that entertained us throughout the day. The apartment itself was beautiful. Absolutely top-notch, first class. It was open with and well constructed with all the amenities that you would expect. We were able to enjoy regular home cooked meals and relax on the patio. It was perfect. Perhaps one of our favourite parts during our stay was the staff that were incredibly kind and generous. Celeste, the property manager was stellar and made us feel right at home. And Seif, the maintenance manager was helpful from the beginning to end. We know where will be staying when we come back to Paje and Jambiani.
