Great place overall, very nice old house in convenient location. They no longer provide breakfast but there are many good spots nearby. Got a parking pass from host, who allowed us to give it back late on last day after checkout which was very helpful. Walked and took transit all over the city. Nice and safe neighborhood, much better than downtown if you plan on walking around at night. Price is reasonable.

Marcus was WONDERFUL I spoke with him about a month before our visit he gave me great directions the condo was BEAUTIFUL great location. If you are flying in take the light rail to west lake station hop on the monorail to space needle from there you can walk or uber. In Seattle DO NOT MISS PINK DOOR. The property was well appointed, extremely clean and exceptionally well positioned for down town Seattle and the waterside. It was very comfortable and, although not all were used, it had TV, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer and plenty of space.

The location was brilliant; couldn't have been better! The apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Very much delighted with the character of the apartment, much more welcoming and enjoyable than the average hotel room. This questionnaire stated that we requested a quiet room, but we did not. However, although our room was at the front of the building overlooking Mercer St., I wouldn't say it was quiet, but we found it interesting to experience the activity. It was not an issue during the night; may have been for a very light sleeper, but we weren't bothered by it despite the fact we had all the windows wide open. The only adverse issue was the pull-out couch in the living room, it was not terribly comfortable but neither was it unacceptable. We will not stay anywhere else next time! Overall absolutely thrilled to bits with our stay at the Mercer Furnished Apartments. THANK YOU! :)

Clean and comfortable. Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Host provided everything needed, from clean towels to cutlery to cleaning supplies. Perhaps because it's midterm season, but we didn't experience as much noise at night as expected. One thing I especially like was the bed-- it's so soft and the sheets are even softer than my own at home!
