The owner Gabriel and his staff was exceptionally helpfull. The hotel is very quiet, close to the center and beach. The breakfast was more then enough. The room was cleaned regularly. Tarrafal is a good place to discover the island. I would stay here an other time, too.

It doesn't serve breakfast, at least in low season, in May, when I came, but there is nothing saying it does, just the place name, maybe at the beginning they did. You need to remember that there is no ikea, and that maybe in the past the other guests took the utensils with the or broke them and they cannot keep putting stuff that we bake or take with us. On weekends the kiosk in front can become lively with neighbors coming, drinking beer and grill, but it will end way before midnight and if you see bothered with the noise, you just need to ask and they will pay attention.
