We were upgraded to the Bride's Suite (thank you!) a larger and spacious corner room on the first floor with 4 large windows letting plenty of light in. All the amenities work as advertised, with a large dressing room and a functional bathroom. Breakfast is catered for by a friendly local bakery a minute away in the main street. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in the care they took to make us feel at home and took care of us. They offered us very good restaurant's recommendations and organised our car rental in a breeze.

Situated in Azolimnos, just 300 metres from Azolimnos Beach, Vivianna's View features beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. Very spacious rooms, clean and modern! The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is a real gem of a property. The location is excellent, being less than 10 minutes from Ermoupoli or 15 minutes from all the nice beaches in the island. Definitely will be going back!

My Little Suites in Ermoupoli provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. This bed and breakfast provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Yiouli and Dimitris are amazing hosts. We felt welcome and safe from the first minute, just like visiting old friends. Dimitris's intro to the island and tips for food/visits was so helpful! I loved the private terrace of room #3 and spent most of my time there reading and relaxing. The room was clean and tasteful. The location was also super convenient: 15 minutes walk downhill to Ermoupolis and 10 minutes uphill to Ano Syros. Taxis are quite cheap in the area, while if you choose to have a car, there is more than enough parking space.

Set in Kinion and only 300 metres from Kini Beach, Guesthouse ERI offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The most beautiful place we have ever stayed in Greece. The staff is very kind and the view is amazing.

Located 700 metres from Asteria Beach, Porto offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The owner came to pick me up at the port and went together to the flat which was perfect, fully equipped with some complementary wine and breakfast items. Terrace with stunning views of Ano Syros. Wifi working perfectly. He came also for the check out helping me out with my bag. He gave me some tips also about food and supermarkets. Excellent price for all the services provided.

A recently renovated property, DIIO Suites is situated in Ermoupoli near Asteria Beach, Saint Nicholas Church and Industrial Museum of Ermoupoli. Where do I start? The particular suite I stayed in, was fully equipped, stylishly decorated, and super luxurious. You can feel the cocomat mattress and understand why it is considered a luxury item. In addition, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and the cotton towels freshly laundered. The location, ideal, right in the center of the city literally close to everything. Finally the host. The guy, his name is Antonis, is a real professional. Very kind, pleasant and very helpful. He even offered to make a reservation for us at the suerte club, while we couldn't find a table, and he made us happy in no time. The entire stay exceeded our expectations. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend it.

Villa Maria-Syros is set in Ermoupoli, within 0,3 km of Saint Nicholas Church and 0,2 km from Miaouli Square. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The owners were very friendly and helpful. He met us at an easy to find place and brought us up to the hotel. The hotel is a little up the hill. This is the reason I rated the location lower than perfect. Younger people will have no problem. Otherwise the location is great. The hotel room is in a nice house with a nice common sitting area. There are also stairs leading up to the roof where we enjoyed the views over the village and ocean. The room was comfortable and clean. The owner sat down with us to explain where to go, where to eat, what to see etc. just after we arrived. He was always very helpful in answering our questions. His wife also provides a cooking class, which we didn't take advantage of but I thought this is a neat idea. The owner also showed us the way to the ferry on the day we left. He even carried the suitcase of my wife!
