Hosts really friendly and helpful (couple of items we forgot in the room after checkout were delivered to our next stay by Piet, thank you!), the most delicious Irish breakfast I ever had (thank you Maureen!). If you are staying around the Ring of Skelligs, please try to stay there, you won't regret it.

Only regret: I did not go swimming with Alan and will have to go back for that ! Irland with rain & clouds. No guilt when doing nothing….

Featuring a Thai restaurant and tearooms, the Kells Bay House is set on 40 acres of unique gardens with subtropical plants. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's more like a retreat than a hotel. Four or five quiet comfortable bedrooms in a stunning, peaceful location, with its own private path down to the bay, and prize winning gardens where the sound of running water fills your eardrums. I felt totally renewed after one night there and I cannot wait to go back.

Overlooking the fishing village of Portmagee, this Valentia stone house enjoys views of the sea, islands and Kerry Mountains. It offers large rooms with sea views and free Wi-Fi. Accomodations were perfect, Frances is a gem and made our stay feel too short. Perfect location from town and makez for a nice walk.

With wonderful sea views, this traditional family-run guest house offers cosy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Lovely B&B, with a great location in Glenbeigh. The owner was very lovely and helpful, and all our wishes were catered for diring breakfast.
