Unwind Dhigurah is a recently renovated guest house in Dhigurah, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, private beach area and shared lounge. Unwind has been much more than just a hotel, it has been a home away from home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and you get amazing views of the trees and the ocean from the top terrace. Food is great (don't forget to try the local breakfast, it's very good) and they provide anything you could need during your stay. The room was fabulous (we stayed on the ground floor) and the bed was comfy. The hotel is very close to the tourist beach which is extremely convenient if you plan on spending your days in the sun. We also felt extremely safe there, so much that we never remembered to lock the door to our room! Most importantly, the best part of Unwind is definitely the team of people working there. Nilanka has been a wonderful host who has made every moment of our stay memorable, he has an excellent attitude and will always assist you with a smile and give you the best tips and find the best options that will suit you for your holiday. He has done everything we could ask for and more and has made our stay a luxury experience, greatly exceeding every expectation we had when we arrived to Maldives. He took photos and videos for us, he made sure we got everywhere on time and that we were protected against mosquitoes, he got us fresh coconuts to try and him and the rest of the team even organized a wonderful romantic dinner on the terrace where we had the most amazing grilled fish and curry. He was so helpful that we feel like we had a friend next to us the whole time. We also have to thank Janaka for keeping everything clean and working perfectly in our room and being there for us when we needed anything. One of the doors to the pool in our room wasn't working properly when we got there and he got it fixed on the same day without us having to ask for it :) He also decorated our bed with flowers which was a beautiful and nice surprise.

Boasting a garden, Vacanza Mathiveri is located in Mathiveri in the Ari Atoll region, 100 metres from Stingray Beach and 300 metres from Casa Mia Maldives Beach. Hospitable, responsive, friendly and positive staff, always ready to assist with any question. Perfect cleanliness, delicious food; water, coffee and tea are always available. The room is equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer, comfortable bed. The room is about 22-23 square meters, furniture and everything is new. Excellent value for money. Interesting excursions to lagoons to manta rays, whale sharks, uninhabited islands, snorkeling, dolphin and fishing trips. We’ve chosen the manta ray one and it was magnificent. The staff takes pictures of you on underwater camera and sends you the edited video, you don't even have to take your camera. You can make a jet ski ride or take a canoe (1 and/or 2-seater) and go to the nearby very pretty picnic island, or swim to it, which can be dangerous for untrained swimmers – the current is quite fast in the strait. There are only 4 rooms in the guesthouse, not many people in the hotel courtyard. Local residents are very kind and friendly. In general, the island is practically free of tourists, so beaches and the whole island are clean, especially the deserted bikini beach - complete experience of nature 😊 (compared to neighboring islands, with a lot of tourists). Bikini beach is good enough for tourists with young children: shallow water and almost never waves – the whole island is protected from large waves by a reef encircling from all sides, the water is always transparent. There are corals in the shore area, but not too much. Wildlife is very diverse, several times a day eagle stingrays swim by in 5 meters from the shore. There are a lot of nurse sharks in the harbor. Stingray beach is not bad, also with stingrays. Sun-set beach is magnificent because of its palm grove. Some of the best photos are from this beach.

Situated in Omadhoo, Green Leaf Guest House - Omadhoo offers 3-star accommodation with a garden. A szállás a sziget kb.közepén helyezkedik el,így könnyen elérhető minden innen. A házigazda és a kollégái mindent megtettek,hogy a lehető legjobban érezzük magunkat. Túrákra is lehet menni a házigazda szervezésével, amik szintén maradandó élményt nyújtottak! Az utolsó nap búcsú vacsorát is kaptunk, ami igazán jól esett. Érkezéskor üdvözlő italt kaptunk, a szoba pedig szépen kitakarítva, kellemes hűvös hőmérséklettel várt minket. A strandon saját nyugágyak,napernyő is elérhető. A szállás előnye,hogy teljes ellátást is lehet igényelni,ami külön fontos szempont volt nekem, az ételek mind egytől egyig nagyon finomak és nagyon bőségesek. Mi freedivingolni mentünk a szigetre elsősorban,és, hogy kicsit megismerjük a helyiek életét. Ezekkel kapcsolatban folyamatosan elláttak jó tanácsokkal, történetekkel, amiket külön köszönök. A sziget pedig gyönyörű: a növényzet, a partjai,a reef igen gazdag.

Everything was just amazing! I think that if you decide to go to a local island, it is only fair to go and mix with the locals! And this guesthouse is just perfect for this! In few minutes you are at the local beach and the port and you can see a beautiful sunrise! If you turn left, you can reach the bikini beach within less than 10 min and trust me, although it's hot, it is a beautiful walk, passing through the local houses, the school or directly through the beach. So location for me was a 10/10! The guesthouse is amazing, it is super clean and the rooms are spacious and nice, plus they are super well equipped. It really looks like a hotel honestly! I chose the halfboard pension, so breakfast and dinner (once I got there) and I've always eaten super well and could choose from different options. Finally, the staff is really nice and attentive! A huge thanks to Maumoon for teaching me some Maldivian useful words and for organizing everything and always providing the right info! To Mekey who was the best guide ever - I've been on snorkeling excursions in many places and Mekey is super attentive and will always bring you to see all the beautiful fish there is + the Mantas were just wow. To Pathum for making all my breakfasts and dinners fun, for the good talks and for his professional attitude! To the chef for always making me eat super well! And to Mujib for all the room decorations (he's the best) and for always making my room super clean. Again thank you to all the staff, I will definitely come back here if I come to Dhigurah again!

A Dhangethi INN étteremmel, bárral, közös társalgóval és kerttel várja vendégeit Dhangethiben. A szálláshelyen szobaszerviz, utazásszervezői pult és ingyenes wifi áll rendelkezésre. I did a multi island trip for a few price points and the budget part of my trip at Dhangethi Inn was a standout in large part due to Tholal. I came for the marine life and freediving with Tholal was the biggest highlight of my Maldives trip. His underwater videography skills are top notch and I got a wonderful compilation video of myself with so many bucket list pelagics 🥰 (and for free too?!) Snorkelling masks and fins rental are free. His videos are free. He'll take you out on a tour of the house reef and for a snorkel around the island for free. He'll take you to a nearby sandbank for a fraction of the cost of what resorts will charge you. Tholal is soooo generous with his time and will do his best to make your wishlist come true. There are only a few rooms at the Inn so he'll do his best to meet the needs of all his guests. Some activities e.g. snorkelling with whalesharks require a speedboat rental so will only be affordable if there are more people so if you're going during an off season I recommend staying for a few days at least to make sure you get the chance to tick everything off your list. (I had to wait for more guests to arrive on day 2 of my stay) Oh and for those who arent used to Muslim culture, just be aware this is a local island so dress conservatively, be respectful, and don't be surprised if you hear some songs or prayers from the nearby mosque :) BOOK NOW. SUPPORT THIS BEAUTIFUL MAN. IT'S WORTH IT.

A Thoddoo White Sand Inn ingyenesen használható kerékpárokkal, kerttel, saját stranddal és ingyenes wifivel várja vendégeit Thoddoóban, a thoddoói strandtól 600 m-re. A kikötőből golfkocsi vitt minket a szállásra. A közlekedéshez pedig ingyenesen biztosítottak bicikliket, ami zseniálisan hasznos volt, mert sokkal megkönnyítette és meggyorsította a menetidőt a strandra, boltba, étterembe stb. Minden extra nagy volt (hatalmas tv, óriási ágy, ablakok, nagy fürdő és zuhanyzó). :D Szobánk a földszinten volt (103). Az udvarra fóliázott üvegablakok és ajtó nézett, így el lehet húzni a függönyt és beengedni a fényt. A személyzet kedves, aranyos és segítőkész volt (kiemelném a reggeliztető kollégát, aki mindig mosolyogva köszöntött minket, még akkor is, ha az utcákon sétálva/biciklizve összefutottunk). Változatos reggelit kaptunk. Szombatonként van kontinentális reggel, a töbi napon tradícionális, helyi jellegű reggelink volt. Kávé és tea korlátlanul elérehető. Az általunk kedvelt Sunset beach picit messze van (bár biciklivel azért gyorsabb), de a másik beach egész közeli. A hotel az utolsó utcában van, ezért csendes, nyugodt a környezet. Kifejezetten ajánljuk a Seli Poeli éttermet, mert kedvező áron és nagyon finom ételeket ettünk ott. Emellett a Sunset beach bejáratánál lévő gyümölcsárus bácsit sem szabad kihagyni. Búvárkodásra pedig a Thoddoo Diving Centert ajánljuk akik a kikötőnél lévő mecset mellett található. A szobában volt több átalakító is, így könnyen tudtuk az elektronikai eszközöket tölteni. Mindig kaptunk friss vizet palackban, de az udvaron volt egy ivóvíz vételi pont is.
