The couple who run the hotel are lovely people and very helpful as are(most) of the staff. Room was spotless, fantastic balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Lovely little bar in the courtyard with a great vibe and great music too!

Perfect balance of politeness ( Sometimes in certain places it's just too much and you know it ), Sustainability! (Many items are offered for free like parasols, scuba diving gear, etc ) Breakfast was also good and my Son got " Off menu chocko croissants every morning. the free parking just in front is a big plus if you're renting a car. Overall a great option if you are looking for a base to explore this amazing Island. Thank you!!!!

Although it is referred to as a hostel, it is, in fact, a fully-fledged hotel that offers a delightful experience. Here's why I highly recommend this hidden gem by the beach. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was. While the breakfast provided was not something to boast about, it did offer a decent variety with generous portions.

The location, right on the coastline of Sant Elm, is great. When you step out you're right by the beach, restaurants and shops. The room was small but cosy, and the breakfast buffet, which was included in the price for the room, was good. There weren't very many options for us as vegans, but there are a number of vegetarian options. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
