Loved this location. Beautiful 45 minutes walk or fast ferry right at the end of the street to get into Como town, as well as quick walk to get to Cernobbio. Transportation around the area can be tricky and Davide was extremely helpful as well as a great host. The room was even better in person than online, with lovely view and garden.

Great for 7 of us to stay! Good value for the area. Stefania was lovely and looked after us very well. It was a great location, walkable to town if you're fit, reasonable parking nearby but check for local closure signs for grass cutting etc. The two bedroom apartment has the bathroom off the double bedroom with the yellow beds, the other bedroom is the twin but it's really between the double and the kitchen/diner so if you need proper privacy then it might not be for you. Balcony is off the dining area and looks out over the street and up to the mountain. The bathroom for the ground floor blue double bedroom is not adjacent, it is up a few steps of the stairs, so although private for the double I would not call it en suite. One bed apartment has the balcony looking out over the side yard and with mountain views, bedroom is en suite, was a lovely space on the first floor. We didn't pay for breakfast but Stefania had left us biscuits, juice, some little butter and jams, bottled water, gifts, all very cute x

Silvano and Milena are wonderfull hosts. We were two couples who stayed for a nite and unfortunately not more but be sure we will be back. The place is a very comfortable location when visiting Como. The rooms are large and very well furnished and the garden and pool are great for relaxation, breakfast was very rich and tasty, again it all starts and ends with the hosts who made us feel at home.
