Beautiful place and decoration, very good location close to Plaza de Armas. Room was big with lots of closet space. Confortable bed and there was a heater in the room to help with the cold Cusco nights. Bathroom was also good with nice hot water. Room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. Good breakfast with toast, avocado, cheese, pancakes, honey, eggs and more. Coca tea available around the clock to help with your acclimation. Super nice and helpful staff that saved me by arranging a last minute taxi to the airport and loading my luggage in the trunk while I was getting back from a tour that was delayed. If not by them I would have missed my flight home. Recommend to anyone!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Big room and very comfortable beds. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast was great, we got tea/coffee, fresh orange juice, a fresh fruit bowl, bread, butter/jam and they made eggs. Staff was very attentive. Got to leave our bags for a whole other day while doing a tour and got to use their facilities afterwards to get ready. 5 min walk from the main square.

Wow, to say this is the greatest experience we have had while travelling the world would be an understatement. Everything from the great rooms to the beautiful rooftop were perfect, but the best part of all was pilar and her daughters. They are the most loving, beautiful, welcoming people and made our stay exceptional. We will forever cherish the memories we made on our two week stay, our daughter Remi particularly loved it, and built a beautiful relationship with pilar. We cannot recommend enough, any travellers looking to stay 100% should. Thanks again for everything xx

I felt blessed to have landed in this lovely home! Zuzan was there to welcome me when I arrived and when I was feeling sick from the altitude she made me tea and soup and brought it to my room. She even checked on me multiple times to see how I was feeling. She was happy to chat and give me recommendations for Cusco and the valley and I felt she truly cared to know how my trip went even after I left Cusco. I was happy with the breakfast, the private room and bathroom for the price, and the quiet sunny rooftop in the mornings. The place is a 20 min walk to the center and I would taxi back at night. If you want a homey experience, especially if you’re alone and need a bit of caretaking, I highly recommend!!!

The staff members were very kind and kept asking all the time, whether everything was fine. And also the variety of fresh fruit at the breakfast table - amazing!

The staff was extremely friendly, gave us amazing tips for the city and they even bring you the breakfast to the room. The rooms are cozy and the WiFi works perfectly. Also the laundry service is great. The location is a 10-15 minutes walk from the centre and around 5 minutes to the charming district San Blas. We loved the quiet street and didn't mind the walking at all. Around the corner there's a great supermarket and a very cheap and super nice Cafe, as well.SonjaYoung couple
