The stuff was great, everything was fantastic, especially the bed and how quiet the place was.We had some great sleeps there. First day we had an issue with the shower, the water was not going down the sewers but when we told them it was fixed very very fast. The location is perfect for everything. We were very happy with the hospitality in Madrid in general. And also coffee is very hard to find a good one in the shops, but in the reception they had a machine and iyou could have a very good coffee from there.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the shopping district and convenient for all the major attractions. The room was very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable.
