The view of the night sky is frankly quite stunning from here. The morning after, the breakfast is well worth having - make sure you ask for it the day before though- it's by request only!

The room was cozy and clean! The staff were very nice and the overall experience was great. The restaurant was also v good.

Mirasierra, que cuenta con jardín y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento, se encuentra en Bustarviejo. En el hostal o pensión, todas las habitaciones incluyen baño privado. I liked the location relative to public transport. If you don't have a car but you want to spend a night in the mountains and do some hiking or walking or even cycling, this is a great affordable option for which to base yourself at for a night or two. The rooms are pretty basic, but the shower works fine, with plenty of hot water. There is wifi (though a little slow), the room was pretty clean. There were nice views over parts of town and nearby mountains. There are a few supermarkets and places to eat within easy walking distance. They didn't stint on toilet paper. I don't think it has air conditioning though, which may make it ick during the summer depending on weather. But it is what you'd expect from a one or two star hotel, and for €30, can't go wrong if you want to visit Bustarviejo.

La Posada de Serrada, situada en la Sierra Norte de Madrid, es un establecimiento cálido, acogedor, cómodo y familiar para descansar, desconectar y disfrutar del entorno. The kindness of the staff, the comfort, the facilities, the surroundings and the food. Everything was charming and perfect.
