Very clean and modern. Enjoyed the private pool and hot tub suites. Location was good, a bit further from main square so was nice and quieter at night but also not too far. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. :)

The owners were super welcoming and helpful - offered us an aperitif when we arrived and made me a salad with greens from the garden one night! Also, the spot is right along a beautiful river and it’s very convenient to get to old town. Bus runs every 10 min. Thank you for having us! If you’re coming from the ferry, I’d recommend taking the bus instead of the taxi - we made that mistake and it cost us 17 euro for a 5 minute ride. The bus is fast and easy and cheap.

If I had the option to give 11 out of 10, I wouldn’t have hesitated to give it 11 out of 10. Amazing property. Superb location, large rooms, large bathrooms, nice interiors and very attentive hosts, across the road to Old Town…this combination makes it the best place to stay in Split. I noticed that there was no electric kettle in the room. I just dropped a message to the hosts and next morning it was there in my room. Since Split Old Town is just across the street, you have best of both the worlds. A grocery store is 50 meters from the property. It’s a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Special thanks to Jelena and Lucia for the amazing breakfast and taking very good care of the guests. They are really, truly amazing hosts.

The ney renovated house to a high standard. Clean, nice smelling, lovely room, bathroom. Pool area nice and cosy, great staff, great breakfast. All in all, I would highly recommend it. Beware the house is next to the main road. But with windows closed, you can barely hear a beep.
