Our room was warm and tidy, even the common areas were very clean and friendly, it is sensible the owners put real effort into hospitality. The kitchen is well equipped and clean with all the appliances, the provided breakfast is enough to start your day. You can also have the opportunity to chose among pillow options, like in a hotel, they had a "pillow bar". I recommend this accommodation.

It is situated 33 km from Skogafoss Waterfall and features a shared kitchen. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We loved staying here, the room was comfortable and cozy. The host was very nice and showed us a map and gave us some tips of what to see in the area. Definitely recommend this place!

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Such a lovely place to stay! Check-in and check-out was super easy. Communication with our really friendly host always quick and helpful. The apartment is cute and has all you need for two: Well-stocked kitchenette, super clean and modern bathroom, a giant TV (even though we never switched it on), and the place has its own private hot tub in the backyard! The location is perfect as it's just around the corner from Selfoss' central roundabout, so you'll find it easily and have a great base for exploring Iceland's beautiful southside. Also, you can drive to Reykjavík in just about one hour.

A little out of the way but this makes it the perfect spot for the Northern lights. Which we got to see better here than on a paid tour.
