The garden was AMAZING even in the rain. Jill was lovely. Don't expect to be near the town but it's a 2o min drive with groceries. Cooking facilities were pretty good and it was lovely just to relax with a bottle of wine and watch a movie on the TV.

Very efficient up to date de longhi heater, although apartment was nice and warm. We were very happy with the area and just far enough from city to feel the peace . Good walking paths besides river. Look forward to a return visit.

Brenda was very welcoming and friendly. Her cat even more so! The bed was to die for and it was lovely to relax in the hot tub in the evening. My daughter loved the garden with the play equipment and little Hobbit hole. Great location to go to Hobbiton and Tauranga.
