I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

This is the most stunning townhouse in the heart of Brussels. The room was very big and spacious, decorated beautifully - I want to live here! The spa bath was a welcomed relief after a 14 hour journey from Mexico.

The apartment is very big. It's near the subway and other Public transport. The host is very friendly and has a big binder on what to do and helpful tips. There were basic necessities like a lot of coffee and a coffee machine (nespresso). There where even 2 PC's and a printer to use. We could use the guest Netflix / Spotify account, There was a lot of attention to safety with clearly marked escape floor plans.

The room itself is rather small but good lay out and fine for a few nights. The reception is only open until 5 or 6 in the evening. He was very welcoming with some helpful advice but then allowed us privacy in the apartment. There were good washing and drying facilities. The location, Uccle, is away from the centre of Brussels but the public transport is manageable, the suburban village is very pleasant and safe, and is well situated if you want to visit the site of the battle Waterloo - which should not be missed!
