Tampere Maja is a guesthouse founded by Tartu and Tampere. It is a small cosy house with some 7 rooms. It is very close to the centre but located in a quiet street. There is a gallery on the ground floor. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything one needs. Wifi works well. There is also a kitchen with a kettle and a fridge (and more, but I did not need a kitchen, so I did not check). Breakfast is served from 8 am, it is rather simple but fine. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the Tampere Maja and would not hesitate to stay there again if back to Tartu.

Perfectly located in the city centre, all amenities within walking distance. Excellent communication from the owner, from the check-in instructions to an emergency call we needed to make, they were fast and clear in all their answers.

We stayed there with our two children. As we requested an extra bed (crib) for our baby, it was heart warming to see that even for the baby the bed was made (linen, blanket and pillow). Apartment is new, furniture is new, everything was clean and neat. Thank you ❤️
