Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The apartment was spotless and impeccably furnished. We needed assistance getting into the apartment with the virtual key and the 24/7 customer service helped us immediately. Would definitely stay again. There was some noise in the square, but as previously mentioned to be expected.

The place is charming and delightfully decorated. James is a wonderful attentive host, he’s thoughtful and charming. We were immediately greeted by him upon early arrival and he was the kindest, letting us check into the room early to clean ourselves up a little before heading out to explore Madrid. The room was beautifully decorated, bed was incredibly comfortable. Attention to detail on every single thing. Even fresh bottle of water placed inside the fridge to cool down from the Madrid. Location is incredible, it was a great stay.
