It is a nice, cosy, clean, spacy and comfortable appartment. Close to the citycentre.There is everything you need, even coffee. ( Accept, if you want to do your laundry there is no laundry-rack). Nice bathroom with a great shower. The garage for the car is a real bonus. The communication with the host was fast, adequate and helpfull. In the appartment there are good tips for restaurants or bars. We missed a citymap (old school people!) But: Thank you so much dear staff, we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Loli and Pablo are very nice and responsive. The place is also very comfortable. The parking is nearby. However, it is small for four adults. It's more for family I guess. For 4 adults, it's fine for a few days stays.

The larger room with kitchenette and shower room was very clean and ideal for a short (or longer) stay in Merida - the location just a short walk from the Museum of Roman Art and the Roman ruins is unbeatable, there is a well-stocked Spar convenience store next door and the secure underground parking (10 Euros a day) is a bonus if you are on a driving tour of the region. The check in process was very easy and the staff are very friendly - highly recommended.

We loved staying here. The staff that met us was lovely and the apartment itself was fabulous. Everything seemed brand new. There was a great information booklet with helpful recommendations. The location is on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the plaza de España and is very central. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Merida.
