This was a fantastic stay. We had two units for our family, a studio and a larger apartment, and both were great. Arrival was easy with codes to the outside door as well as apartments sent via mail and booking, so you can arrive whenever. Everything was waiting: stocked kitchens, complementary wine (excellent). Everything worked perfectly - bathrooms were clean, beds comfortable, kitchens convenient. Nice decor and atmosphere. Location is within walking distance from main attractions, easy parking on the streets nearby. Breakfast was supplied - cheese, butter etc waiting in the fridge, and fresh bread and pastries delivered to the door in the morning - very generous! and tasty. We met a staff member in the morning and he was very nice (though actually we did not need anything). Overall excellent stay that really made our short stay in Bordeaux quite memorable!

Location was great, a quiet street that had easy access to all the spots we wanted to visit in Bordeaux just a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff who welcomed us was enthusiastic when we asked for dinner recommendations and she ended up giving us an entire list of food, shops, music, and must-see spots that we found very helpful.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The room was super clean, tidy and beautifully decorated and spacious. We had everything we needed. Great location, very quite and near the city center (either by walk or by tram). The host Marie is one of the nicest people you wil ever meet - she was very welcoming and carying, gave is detailed information about the city and the transport, whenever we came back to the place at the end of the day, the room had been cleaned, she even left us small gifts on the last day.
