Scrambled eggs, sausages and mushrooms on a bagel with toast on the side. Breakfast fit for a king, in my opinion. I couldn't even eat it all. Breakfast was right on time, based on the time we agreed the night before. Lovely tasting cup of coffee and a nice cold cup of orange juice. Chrissie was the perfect hostess. Pleasant smile, nice little conversation. Brilliant location just 7 minutes walk from my meeting venue the following morning.

Everything was perfect from start to Finish. The location was close enough to the city Center, and in a walkable distance. The apartment was located on a new 40 storeys Tower ( our apartment was on the 26th floor). Beautiful views day and night of the whole of Birmingham. The check in process was smooth and punctual, and the check out was easy as well. The Perfect stay Team, kept checking every so often if everything was ok. The apartment was a new, comfortable living area, fully equipped and new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with very nice double beds and ensuite bathrooms for both of them. Definitely a rebook if in Birmingham again.

I went there with my partner as a little romantic gateway and we weren't disappointed at all. The location is absolutely mesmerizing. The history of the building and the architecture makes your stay so much worth it. The staff is great too, they're super friendly and always accommodating. The hotel is 10 min walking to the city center, a little bit uphill. 5 minutes to the Chinese quarter and gay village. Restaurants and supermarket are adjacent to the hotel.
