The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

Amazing property, much bigger than it seemed in the photos, clean and fresh with a wonderful homely kitchen, massive comfy couch, lovely comfy beds, great shower, thoughtful touches like spare toiletries, incredibly helpful, friendly hosts who baked us a cake and left cookies 🥹 friendly farm dog who knew not to come inside but came to the doorway and lay there looking very cute. Not far from lovely market villages with some great little shops or a co-op nearby. Beautiful light location with Dartmoor easily accessible. It was exactly the oasis of peace and calm that we so needed. Thanks for facilitating a wonderful weekend for us.

Mary and Trevor were very kind and picked me up from the bus stop once I coached down from Bristol Airport. I had an appointment at the RD&E hospital the next morning and I was shown where it was when I was picked up. It worked out as a 15 minute walk. I was very happy with the accommodation and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone wanting to stay in that area. They also kindly took me to Exeter airport after my appointment. Definitely a 10/10 from me 😊
