we felt it was safe. card to enter the building and then the room. 24 hour desk. location is fabulous for station, Albert Docks and super markets and restaurants. the room is very comfortable, very comfortable, more comfortable than we had expected. staff really nice and helpful great shower we had never stayed at a quest place, we had always been concerned that it would be awful.,actually we are converts. it was great value. we will stay with them again, in fact seek them out.
