Vacilis was very nice and helpful, the room is big and beautiful, the jacuzzi is fantastic. It is a great place to relax, about 20 minutes walk from the center of Oia (which is good because the center is too busy and loud, sun angelos is calm a spacious) very nice restaurants about 10 minutes walk, we ate at lefkes which was delicious and great VFM (not as much a tourist trap as restaurants in the center)

The location was wonderful. If you do the hike from Fira to Oia, you'll actually pass by the hotel on your way into Oia. The hotel is located on a hill, so you get amazing views of the island and the sunset. Because it's about 10 minutes driving from central Oia, it's much less crowded and actually very quiet and peaceful, especially at night when there are less hikers nearby. Our room came with a private patio and dipping pool, which was such a relaxing way to spend the afternoon and morning of check out. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. It was easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp both before and during the stay. There is parking on site, which made it easy for us to drive to and from central Oia without worrying about parking at night.
