This extraordinary apartment is a hit! Central location, parking lot at the house, everything clean, imaginative and lovingly designed in a historic building, cosy! The kitchen is well equipped, also with everyday necessities ... exceptional: A special drawer with all conceivable spices! You will find various wines and soft drinks (white wine and rosé well chilled!) - the wines at pleasant prices and the soft drinks for free! It was a special pleasure to meet Gisli, the owner: such a warm and lovable man! He personally guided us through the house, the original domicile of his ancestors, and had a lot of interesting things to tell...everything here is exceptional! Note: There is a good bakery and cafe nearby. There is nothing negative to say! This was maybe the best accomodation on our two weeks trip to Iceland.

Stunning views. comfortable beds. So good to have a washing machine and dryer. Only wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside.

Adorable little cottage! We stayed with our two kids and had a great time. It is walking distance to everything: restaurants, lovely heated public pool. The two other cottages / cabins we stayed in on our two week trip to Iceland asked us to clean the toilets, floors, etc. This place did not, which we very much appreciated.

The location was beautiful and so peaceful! The town is very cute, and Ísafjörður is very close for shopping and restaurants. The apartment was spacious yet cozy, and had all the amenities you could need. It was easy to find the house and retrieve the key, and the owner was very friendly and responsive.
